You can activate it in any version of the site in the “Loyalty program” tab (You can go to the general promo section by clicking on the "Promo" button and on the top of this page you will see "Place a winning bet and get bonuses"
Then you may choose 2 promotional sports (you can’t change it until the end of the month) and the method of the bonus settlement (% of net profit or % of winning bets).
