My account is verified, but still I can't withdraw the fund. What should I do?

Due to bellow condition you are not allowed to make withdraw -

2. You have a active welcome bonus. As per rules you can't make withdraw the fund when there is a bonus. Kindly fullfil the wager condition or wait for the bonus expiration.
